Assembly was pretty straight forward and took about 2 hours.Yyou should keep a sense of humor when doing that as the instructions are pretty vague and not very accurate as far as descriptions.

I have items in a half-dozen galleries and outlets in this town and another town close by, and the income from the projects helps to supplement my retirement income. The HF DC took up additional space because the dust collector dual 4 plastic dust inputs extended out over the carts side footprint. So, we will be moving into a new house this summer and I will be moving my woodworking tools to the basement from the garage, where opening the garage door and running a shop vac provided adequate ventiliation and dust collection.

When I first added a seperator with Theinbaffle I noticed a big drop in suction. This unit is twice as good! Sorry, we have no data for this price type.
